Presentations in Oral Sessions

All Oral Presentations including Luncheon Seminars will be held in Room A (2nd floor).
Gallery seats are available on the 4th floor.
Preparation for Oral Presentation
All presenters in the oral sessions should bring their presentations as a Microsoft PowerPoint
Presentation File (.ppt or .pptx), saved either on a CD-R or USB Flash Memory.
Presenters are required to scan their presentation files with an anti-virus program in advance.
Software and OS environments available on site for oral presentation will include:
Software: Windows Microsoft PowerPoint 2003/2007
  Macintosh Microsoft PowerPoint 2004/2008
Operating Systems: Windows XP
  MacOS X
Please note that for various technical reasons each presentation will display somewhat
differently with respect to letter font, color, contrast and so on, under different environments.
Only one screen is available, and only a single projection will be possible at one time.
The symposium program is VERY tight. Speakers must complete their presentations within
the allotted time scheduled.

Registration and Submission of the Presentation File
Presenters are required to complete the registration and test-run of their presentations
in the Speakers' Ready Room (Room K, 2nd floor) one hour prior to their assigned session.
Note: All presenters on December 4 (Saturday) are required to register and submit the files
during 12:00–14:20.

Instructions for Discussion Time
For delegates who wish to ask questions, please line up at the standing microphones provided
in the corridors and wait for the Chairs to call.
Note: The presentation slides CANNOT be displayed on the screen during discussion time.
